Winter is finally here, and it's time to ready my packs for winter. Most of em are still fully charged, and I guess I should discharg them on my charger or try to squeesh in a few flights on the packs.

Im confused about how the storage program works on my BC6, I can select current, but only up to 1A whiche I find kinda odd since I can have a higher A raiting when using normal charing?

Also, I tried the dishcarge program on a fully loaded 6S 5000Mah pack, and after 3-4 hours it was still working on it so I just disconnected it and gave up. Anyone here have any experience using the storage program on the BC6? Why cant I set a higher amp raiting than 1A, and is it normal to take so long discharging a pack?

The discharge ability of the BC-6 is limited to 1 amp or 5 watts of power. For the Storage program, just set at 1 amp and let it do its work. It will shut off when the pack is either charged to discharged to the Storage voltage.
