I hope that I'm not out of line on what I expect to charge.
These are some ideas that I've been tossing aorund for the last couple weeks.
Basic Real-estate photos are the core of what I want to do.
$250.00 Still,,,,, $300.00 Video per hour.
Post editing time counts on rates, drive time ,etc.
Rc Fuel cost, Media materials (CD's) Clean up cost will all be combined as raw materials cost. Local liabilites and permits by contract will be assumed by buyer, etc.
Something like that..
On the local liabilities and permits, I'm writting into the contracts that the buyer is responsible for Facilities, structures, landscape and rquired permits. Also Pilot reserves the right not to fly without restrictions. In respect to safety, weather or other unforseen risks. Like too may people in the area, busy traffic conditions on roadways the aircraft will be flying etc,,,
