Good evening Helifreaks,,
I finally shot a couple more photos from the TREX600,,
I can't seem to get the Oregon scientific to work on the TREX450. I found that it's vibration mixed with a couple other things that got it to work. For the price, it's worth it..
Of what I'm trying to do, I need some better stablization..
I know about the Spartan AP2000I but that's not what I'm after.
I like the agility with no Auto Pilot but I need something that shoots video that I can extract pictures from through movie Maker,,,
Any Ideas?????
Any help would be greatly apprecited,,
A cam that that has bulit in stabilization, (Anti Shake) High speed video, And maybe greater than 640 X 480

Hey there, you may want to check out just a small digital cam that takes videos in avi format. I use a canon sd750 that takes really good video(and weighs 5.3oz) I also use a Nikon L11 that takes pretty good video but it is in quicktime format.
This video is with a Canon sd75 0

This is an older video I took with a old Kodak 4mp mounted under a blade cp-pro

You can convert a quicktime video to an avi format with a cleaner program.

Here is a pic I snapped from a video with movie maker. Not really impressive. An easy way to get high quality stills is to just set the camera to continuous mode and fly around. I'm pretty sure my canon will keep shooting until it fills up a whole memory card. Your bound to get your shot if you have the patience to looks at all those pics!

I agree, Usually a Cam goes into 640 X 480 in Video mode.
It looks better than the one that I shot from the Oregon Scientific,
I should have a better Cam mount next month, I put something better on it.
I Plan on running both continuous video and Digital still cam at the same time.

I know this isn't much, but this is my video shot from a Canon Power Shot SD400 also known as the Digital Elph. Although it's hard to tell on YouTube, it's pretty decent when you look at the raw, uncoverted video.
So you know, this is about one year old. I was REALLY bored so I threw this together just for fun. My flying skill has also improved dramatically since making this (at least I think so).

That's pretty good.
That's what I'm after something that shoots at a larger format that I can extract the pictures from later in a larger format.
it looks like that one works well with a larger format. I also know that keeping it light and cheap is also a part of it,.
I'd hate to have to have a Nikon D80 drop from any kind of Altitude. But I also try not to think about that when flying. :YeaBaby:

Nice video. Are you flying that FPV?
This is my next target, once my flying skills get a bit better.
I have LCD video glasses, plus a 2.4GHz TX/RX I have built, also a hi-gain patch antenna.
Flying FPV means no probs on sticks, as ya see it sounds good to me :-)
