What hex size for the screws?

I have a G3 frame that I bought used off someone (so I didn't assemble it). I find the head of the stainless screws tend to strip easily. I am using 1/16 hex driver and was wondering if this is the right size for the screws? It seems a little loose in the head, and a 3/32 is to large.:confused:

1/16" is the correct Hex Wrench size for G2 & 3 kits, I used #4-40 screws on all G2-4 kits

Perhaps my hex wrench is getting rounded so I'll pick up another one.
