How many of you think we might get it for christmas? I mean the parts are out and can be purchased. I was thinking about it and asked the question on the avant forum but no answer. The kit would have to be released by December 17th to make it to my house for christmas. Unless he is releasing it next year. Its just so frustrating waiting and waiting.

Don't get your hopes up. Last I looked, most of the parts that are out can be used on any heli out there.

I 100% feel it will be coming out someday.... Their is way to much money being dumped into the project & advertising to just decide "hey I think I will sell Christmas trees instead."
It may be in 6 months or 2 years..... only the inside guys know.

But Augusto has all the answers, and he is keeping very quiet....
Got to be soon cant see all the shops that have the spares in being to keen on paying for there stock that there is no major demand for????

Sorry, couldn't help myself. It looks like a really nice heli, for their sake I hope they can get it to market before Align comes out with their 700.

if im not mistaken i took 2 years for the senergy( 2 years) to hit the shelves .as i read on another thread augusto has to much $$$ invested in this project just to just stop now that would be financial suicide.i think some people forget that these are complex machines:thumbup: and can be deadly. i never met or even talked to augusto, i can't even say i know what he going thru here. u know i believe we all have families and a life too.:YeaBaby::YeaBaby:

i am sorry to say it again, Augusto if really he care just a litte about us ( who buy is helis) have to come and explain what is going on!, we are ready to take a year of waiting, if we can be inform! but i think he just dont care!

I heard rumors from elsewhere about patent infringement, being that this machine was/is loosely based on the old architecture of the Hirobo. I wonder how much of that really has to do with why this machine CAN'T be sold.

It will be coming out and mine is on order. :)
Really looking forward to a 90 size E-Heli again!! Yea Baby! It is worth the wait for me. I will build it when it gets here, I'm not in a rush, I have a lot of other helis and planks and I will be happily waiting until it is ready. I have been there and done that with helis that were really not ready for release and I would prefer Augusto does the testing before I get the heli. ;)

Have you flown the Ion X-2? I flew Nick Maxwell's earlier this year. Bar none it was the hottest machine I've flown.. just doesn't have the flight time of a nitro. I'm still considering buying one.. If you want an e-heli, why not buy a purpose built one?

I have had a few Ion-X machines. I was involved in testing the prototype pulleys and belt setup for Chris Stephenson (MA) which is part of what the X2 is. Dan Slagle has that machine now, I just repaired a lot of it for him a couple weeks ago and it is like an old friend.
The E-Aurora is a purpose built E-machine and I will wait for it. :)

I saw a e-conversion Vibe 90 at Buzzin the Border that was just sick. Really, unbelievable power. And a buddy of mine has done several MA carbon-99 e-conversions and they are very impressive also.

I don't get it really, Why doesn't he say something? You can't tell me he doesn't come and look at these forums. Some of the older post on his site was removed just the other day so I know he is reading this stuff. Come on man tell us something. Does this make you feel good not saying anthing? Yes it might be a toy helicopter but dammit i'm a big kid who wants to play with his toys! Like some kids in a toy store do they run a tandrum well i'm stompping my feet. Tell me I can get it or not. Or at least tell us what is the real issues here?? Please stop being a coward and step-up to the plate. Tell me uh in six or seven months it should come out. Did i just type that out loud???? sorry i'm venting

Yes it is just a toy helicopter but fortunately this has been handled so poorly, there could be legal consequences. I'm not offering legal advice or opinion but it seems to me that as soon as money changed hands (deposits to hobby shops, hobby shops to Carbon Xtreme) it crossed the line from just simple bad judgment something that could get certain parties in legal trouble. Those that are acting on certain parties behalf could possibly be held accountable as well. I'd hate to see things end up this way since it would just leave the hobby with a scar, especially when some communication would probably go a long way to defuse the situation.
