Guide pulley assembly

I finally have my 600 3D kit. When I went to put the guide pulleys together the bearings got stuck halfway on to the shafts. I put them in the freezer and that didn't help. Right now I have three of the four bearings stuck on the shafts, but they are now where near where they need to be.

Any suggestions?
