Hello guys im after abit off advice, im looking to build a Raptor 30 or if i can afford it maybe a 50 , im just after abit of advice about building one, ive got a couple of question if anyone can help me out .The first one is im on abit of a budget building it so wanna try and keep the cost down ,so what servos do you recomend? ive got 4 Futaba S3003 will they be ok to use and the get myself a digital one for the tail ? also what kit do you suggest i buy? the pre built one with the engine or the kit without one? if without is there a certain engine i should go for? cheers guys sorry to ask such stupid questions but im new to the nitro game!!

If you really want to save money and run standard servos stick with a raptor 30 with an OS37, you are better off building it yourself and they arent that hard.

Thanks mate, thats site seem really useful , just one other thing will them servos i have be ok??

This depends on your flying style. The 3003's will be fine for hovering and forward flight but nothing more, so basically for learning only.

All depends on how much you want to spend my friend. If on a budget then some good quality analogue servos like the Futaba 9001's or 9202's would be good, or if you don't mind spending more money for some real good servos then some digital Futaba 9252's would be great.
I would advise to keep hold of your 3003's until you have mastered your hovering and can fly confident figure 8 circuits, then I would upgrade so for now just enjoy what you have and go fly. :)
