Hi guys
I am ready to go 2.4! but not sure what to buy, any one have try both( JR and Spektum) and can tell the + and - of each!
ps: i will order a 12X for sure when they arrive!

DX7 "feels cheap" to me and I like the additional switches on the X9303 myself.
After having the X9303 for a while the 12X is going to be a hard sell to me. I want for nothing since I have 2048 resolution

Do i inderstand that the DX-7 is a lower model JR? X78 i think? hey mate the JR X12 is sexy!

I agree with the Dog. The DX7 feels "Fisher Price" to me. While I'll continue using it for now, as soon as my X9303 shows up, the DX7 is history.

DX7 is based on the 7202, which is a pretty nice radio.
But the 9303 IS nicer. :)

Other than channels and a better screen whats the advantage? 3D Helicopter pilots rarely need 9 channels. I know the scale guys sometimes could use 12.

The reason is the 12X is so sexy!...
But if i fallow what you say, the DX-7 is more then enough!

Not if you do not like "cheap feel" and the DX-7 is 1024 resolution. i.e. the 9303 is twice as fast

Double resolution, in this case 2048, does it make the radio twice as fast?
Or do you mean it's just as fast as a DX7 but with more resolution from the potentiometers going to your servos, thus making it more precise?

More resolution. But only with the 9 channel Rx.

Twice the resolution is more correct. Although I doubt my skills would pick up the subtle differences. Hopefully soon.
