Ok, if anyone has been following my threads, I had some issues with tracking, it was solved when I got 325woodies and replaced my feathering spindle, Now my tracking is dead on, but only at hovering RPM;s, when it is at about 70% throttle. when it is not at that speed, it is off by slightly less then a 1\4 inch. Is it safe to fly?

i've noticed that mine is the same way. your talking about the mx450, correct? like if i've got it spinning at just below hover point tracking will be slightly off. then at hover it's dead on. add more collective/pitch and it's off a bit. i've been flying with it like this since i got this heli, with no problems. i just never thought to ask about it. anyone else with more experience have some info?

Can't say that it is unsafe, but it is a bit inefficient, and control drops a little bit. My Falcon has never held it's tracking for more than a handful of flights. I can definitely tell when the tracking is coming out thought. When it is spot on, the helicopter responds better than when the tracks goes out. It will hover great and then start to drift as the tracking starts to go out of whack. I don't bother with it anymore, as I am not just hovering around anymore and in forward flight i has seen no difference. It is usually only an 8th of an inch out, and never seems to get worse. My RCT-450 has been perfect from the day I dialed it in.
