Ron,
Sweet, but isn't it hard to see in the perfectly blue skies in CA. I like the canopy without the cheeks. Maybe someday I'll buy one and try it. I hope this new scheme doesn't mean that Malorie's beauty has gone to canopy heaven.

Malorie will have to work some more summer / winter magic for me.
My Futaba 611 tape separated and the sensor relieved itself from it's intended and I thought happy perch whilst doing a high speed and pretty low pass.
Piro started, throttle hold engaged and I successfully flew it to the ground and it slid directly into a fence post.
The canopy was chewed up a tad as well as some other items.
I think the blue looks sweet ...

Sorry to hear about incident. I actually would like the opportunity to plant a bird because weather-wise there is no flying around here for a while.
Malorie might get busy again. My Malorie beauty was trashed when a roll went bad and I flew it into the ground on my gasser. I have one of her blue flame replacements, but I really loved the one she did for me last summer. I've got to save up my pennies to get another one.

But are you trying to make it look invisible in the sky? I suppose if you don't fly it far and do any 3D with it, in other words you know its attitude because you know where you put it, then its probably ok. But flip around, then try to read it in the sky and it will be harder to pick out the orientation. Black blades especially don't help, as that is one less thing you can look at to keep you from getting confused.

The white botttom helps and I am thinking of coloring the fins for just that reason however; most of my 3D does not get close to a chaos or such.
I flip roll fly inverted - stall turns etc.
