45 tooth tail drive gear

I think we need to ask Mikado to produce a 45 tooth anti-static tail drive gear. This would give us the same drive ratio as most other helis of this class. Reduce the static problem. And where the pin goes through it needs a little more reinforcement. A nice aluminum one with a low friction coating would be nice.
