I am nearly done building my Logo 600 3D with V-Bar. I am almost done and have gotten to the step where the canopy off sets are bolted on to the front of the frames. The directions indicate that a 3x5x4 spacer, a M3x8 bolt, and shortend cap are placed up front on both sides of the frames to support the canopy.

What are the extra two 3x5x4 spacers, the four 3x5x10 spacers, and the two M3x30 bolts for?

Also the tail control rod guide part #4139 broke. It just poped loose and the nut had broken right through the plastic. Obviously I can't fly without this. Anyone know where I can get one of these? The usual shops I go to don't list this part.

Overall this is was an easy build. And this is one light heli!

Thanks,

John

My tail rod guide did exactly the same - I put it down to some Loctite I put on the bolt - it isn't available as a separate part only as part of the pushrod kit - I ended up flying without it and no problems so far.The canopy supports are poorly documented - I put the 30mm M3 bolt in the upper frame hole with spacer and plastic cap

How about using larger washers on either side of the tail control rod guide with a longer screw? It just needs a larger surface area to press it together.

My first one did this, as Bruce said just run a longer bolt with some bigger washers, no biggie. I think they need to beef this part up abit though for sure.

Thanks for the reply guys. While I was at work I thought it out and came to the conclusion that a longer bolt and washers would work. My brain wasn't working last night.

Mercuriell did you use the long and short spacers with the M3x30 bolts?

Finally has anyone had any luck contacting Aero-Model? I sent them an E-mail concerning some missing parts and a defect in my 600 3D canopy. I also tried the phone number listed on their webite but it was disconnected.

Thanks,

John
