My new "machine" has arrived and the build process will now begin in earnest...but first..
I bought some Loctite threadlock 262 - is this suitable for use on the GSR??

hey there
Use Blue loctite 243, on 95% of ya heli and Red 262 where things need to be fixed for good, before you put the loctite on your cap bolts make sure you wash them with thinners or some kind of solvent to get the oil off them.

Ok - lucky I asked an expert - would have used the red on all things!!
Just looked in my drawer - found a Devcon Blue Threadlock - Type 245. Would that do??

Geeess i don't know about an expert !!
But i do know the loctite range is pretty good,i think for $25 bucks it'd be better useing the Loctite 243, i'm not quite sure about the Devcon range but it is good stuff,! there Epoxy's are great.
