Here is my Bird Quick of Japan Ep8. Its almost completed now.
Couple problems with assembly. Canopy.. I mean this thing is craptastic. It's ificult to paint nicely with out an airbrush cuting it was a pain in the asrse. I just ended up ordering a HDX canopy.
Main shaft and Rotor head were not siting right I couldn't thread the head bolt through I thought it was the shaft so I tried two more with no luck I striped two screws. Then my plumber moto came back to me.. If it doesn't fit don't try to force it like a plumber. So I filled down the head a bit and presto no problems. The link issue with TSK on one side is completly opposite to the rest of the bird. Skids were a bit off so I had a bit of a wobble. My barbarian hands fixed that quickly enough. Like an idiot I dropped and misplased a tail spacer.
Everything fits nice and smooth I am impressed with the engineering. All parts were perfectly fitted. They even pre-essembled the swash ( I started to take it apart to make sure it had thread lock and sure enough it did.
I ordered enough spares for 3 crashes. Thats from all shafts, flybars and blades. (Which were very reasonably priced) I got two set of woodies and a set of cabons (very nice price as well.) I got spare gears for every servo except like an idiot I forgot to buy the tail servo :P haha
