HUM interesting! I have never used his parts but xmseller is all over ebay. mostly Trex parts. I have seen many posts saying stay away from his parts, but some are also ok. Like the arms and such, better then stock plastic but probably not as good as other upgrades. Personally I would wait for other choices, or maybe just try the tail case, but not the complete tail. Prices are too close to others.

is this another re-badging of the copterx brand of knockoff? reason i'm asking is that a few people here have gotten the copterx trex v2 head and they say for the $ it's really nice, smooth and tight. i shudder to think about having to fork over the $ to replace the head parts in my xes. not cheap....

Gaui is suppose to be introducing thiers soon... John at readyheli has been mentioning it... and helidirect has their after market coming soon also.
I know I am getting one some time this winter... I want to use it to offset the CG for my larger batts... and the plastic one has been known to fail at higher HS... which I am running.

I have heard good things about the CopterX stuff, but other knock off stuff can be made of very soft aluminum rather than the harder alloys Align uses.

Actually it looks like the same parts HeliDirect is soon introducing. Compare the pictures on www.cnchelicopter.com to the pics in this thread (post #9 has pics of the head and tail):

That was exactly what I thought when I saw the picture. It looked like they even have it in stock :)

For those interested,I emailed xmseller and Jeff replied that thier cnc seesaw and washout arms(they refer to them as cyclic levers) are compatible with the Gaui cnc head.
