Yea don't quote me but I am pretty certain it is a Vstabi head that was designed to accomadate the dimensions and all that of the T-rex helicopters. The Vstabi is becoming as we know very popular. I am sure we will see many more options for the Vstabi in future with other helis. Now we just need to them to dummy uip the software even more and I'll be happy since I am the nooobiest guy with that stuff there is, lol. :smokin::happyd

Don't feel bad Shawn, I'm still tunning my tail settings. Seems like there are a few out here that already have things figured out. We will catchup in no time I'm sure.

Got a link? That sounds... interesting.
N/M. found it on www.mikado-heli.de
There it calls it the "T-REX 600 Rotorkopf upgrade". Now, what could "kopf" be in German... ;)

the big question is how will it fly? power , duration and loading on batteries....

More power,
More duration,
Less strain on the batteries.
How much depends on how you "tweak" the power.
You can lower the HS/Up the pitch, still have collective pop and gain ALOT of more duration, more power, and you will pull less current.
Or you can keep the HS, you gain a little duration, but ALOT more power, still a little less strain on the batteries, specially peaks are going away.
I usually lower the HS since you can keep the cyclic speed at whatever you want at whatever HS.

hmmm...
i may have to investigate a trex600 with the vbar... i still like the price of the trex 600 with motor and esc and keeping it on 6s packs....

The manual doesn't state which length/part number balls for the swash. 1004s are used on the Mikado swash, is it the same? It looks like they should be shorter then the 1004s.
