John - I don't know what you were spending over there - but I saw your ads allot. It had to be significant $.
You seemed to be one of... if not the heaviest advertiser on the site.
What got up him so riled up to make him forget all of that? If you don't want to say... NP - but I just don't get it.
Any thread video related is shut down ASAP - and he is also shutting down threads and turning down Users - that are just starting a thread asking why it is happening. What is he thinking? Very Wierd

should just about sum it up. most people whom migrated over here understand completely, and really no further explanation is warranted. just ask Bob (Finless), or countless hundreds of others who were wrongfully treated by the owner over there.

Wow John, its his loss. You guys are one of the best shops out there - heck my AMEX is still on fire from my recent order ;) Thanks for the Christmas Card BTW :D Anyway, thats too bad that RR lost one of their best advertisers - I will keep shilling for you though :D

I went through this when I posted a build thread on a set of Rotorworkz frames. Then, since I live in the area, he corners me in public and starts yelling at me while hes justifying his actions by deleting my post and telling me if I want to make a post about Charlies frames then Rotorworkz needs to purchase add space and I will only be allowed to make a post in the vendor areas.
Yes, yelling at me while I was trying to pack up my gear and leave the flying field. After that I have to answer all the "What was that all about" questions from everyone.
So I'm not surprised about any of this one bit.

I wouldnt lose any sleep over RR. They're just pushing themselves out of the hobby.
ReadyHeli + HeliFreak is the best combo hands down.
This is a leisure interest for me and I dont want to spend my leisure time putting up with BS from RR. I don't grant them my bandwidth!
I've asked ReadyHeli to send me some business cards with my latest order, so I can spread the word here in the UK!

It's.....................................
RR DRAMA
CatchmyCorsair

I rarely visit RR so I don't follow the drama.
A websites layout really makes a difference for me.....and RR is UUGGGLLYYY. Most of the time I read people's signatures as part of their post. DOH!
Not easy on the eyes. HF is A-OK!
And Readyheli is awesome, of course!

Didn't visit RR before, won't visit RR after. If they fold, I wouldn't care. I'll keep shopping at RH. Whenever people ask me where I got mine, I always tell them RH, eventhough my first heli wasn't purchased there.
RR=Hobby Nazis <-- this is to stir the pot INTENTIONALLY.

a read through their policies is laughable. I'd have been kicked off of here a hundred times by now if the Freak were so anal retentive...
ooo everybody look I'm advertising my self made videos without paying for a banner. I should get the boot.

Stupid aint it?
The only people that have the Trex500 are either reps or sponsored in some way so who else is going to post pictures, vids, etc to share with everyone?
I mean come on.....
That's pretty heavy censorship if you ask me.....

Um Bob ya gotta read the policy again, it specifically says that the argument regarding censorship is not valid. Ergo, that must be how it really is in the real world...

tell me about it but its alright, we will make positive of this situation for sure. it was really my first time posting a video on runryder, and i heard all the horrible stories, and didn't believe it myself. i posted the pictures, no video, and got a PM within 10 minutes.
if you guys look really carefully, trextuning got banned, and all he subsequent 500 posts are all grayed out and closed as well.

If Mark Ryder isn't making money off you, you're not welcome on his forum. Plain and simple..

im just really surprised, i wanted to bring information about the new align 500 which there is NO information for and many people wanted to know. he wants information on his forums yet you cannot post information. the only people to have the helicopter are sponsors or reps, so i dont understand, does he prefer no posts at all?
its not worth talking about, so i hear, im not the only one to feel this way or have this happen...many upon many people have, famous people too!

I agree Jason. If anything, showing any type of picture or video's of the HOT new Trex 500 promotes traffic to a site, which would benifit the owners of that forum.
Especially now with it being the hottest heli to been seen in the market probably in the history of heli's.
Is there another heli that had this much anticipation?

For us heli freaks, i don't think we care who sponsors who for the infos and pics of a heli we've been wanting and waiting for, what we need is good infos and beautiful pics:lol:.
Jason, Readyheli, and Bod, it's good you 'got out' of RR, it'll be even better for you guys in the future cus RR sucks big time, every time:thumbdown:. Just pls keep up the GREAT works for us freaks here:thumbup:.
Thank you very much:noteworthy:noteworthy:noteworthy, without you guys(especially Bob's build vids), i'll have started this 'addiction' the hard way.
just my 0.02 cents.
Best regards,
Rich
