After an incident with a dog not allowing my 90 to land. I'm now about £350 out of pocket.

A minor concern is getting a new gear set for a DS8231. I can't find the part number, do any of you guys know what it would be, or where I should look to find it? Any help would be much appreciated.

To answer your questions I landed it in a tree. I was running out of fuel (there's 2mm in the bottom of my header) and I really didn't want some old fart's dead dog on my conscience, even if he was standing on the sidelines enjoying every moment of the debacle.

In retrospect, if I had landed it in the dog I would have ended up with the same repairs, a hefty vets bill, and plenty on my conscience. If it isn't dogs it's cows, and if it isn't kids it's chavs - buggers the lot of em. :bawl

Anyway - gear set?

Hi Rogan

The gearset for the 8231 servo is part number JRPSG8101.
Not sure where you can find it over there, i'm in South Africa. If you really can't find it anywhere, you can order from us but shipping costs might push up the price a bit i think. Hope this helps!
