First i would like to say thanks to all of you for the help. I put 4 tanks through it yesterday and it is great!!! the only question i have is there anything special i should use to clean it up? BTW, I used the settings that were in the raptor 30 v2 manual for the pitch and engine but it didn't want to lift off until about 3/4 stick. Could you guys give me some set points for throttle and pitch. I am using a 7CHP, 401 gyro with 9254 on tail and 15% fuel. I think i will be switching to the 30% soon.

Welcome to the addiction.

It is fairly normal to hover at 3/4 stick. Are you doing forward flight, or hovering?
Once you get into forward flight it would be good to change the pitch curve a little ,and add some negative collective.
As far as clean up. I use a good quality window cleaner without ammonia. This type is safe on plastic, and recommended for tinted windows. I find it leaves the Heli very clean, and gets rid of the oil residue. I do not spray it on the heli. I spray it on a rag, and then whip the oily areas. I really don't think a bunch of cleaner in the gyro, or receiver is a good idea. :) If you have a painted canopy try lemon pledge. It cleans great, and leaves the paint job nice and shiny.

I have hovering down pretty good. Forward flight i can do OK but i still need some work on that. I'm spinning the tail around good as well. I think i got a little dirt in the card or something because it will run great and then all of a sudden it spits and sputters, i lose a little power and then it is fine again. I am using cool power 15% and after this gallon is gone i will switch to 30%. Thanks for the tip on cleaning.

switching straight to 30% is not going to help a real lot if your engine is still running really rich for break in, 15% should be more than enough for what you are doing now, what stage of running in are you at?

I remember my first time LOL
I was hovering my ERGO in the back yard (which i shouldn't have done) because i couldn't afford the starter yet and was starting the HELI from my car battery :)

I then started doing low fast spins and caught some ground effect that threw me under a tree :) i decided to land it there fast and it hit the weed's and it exploded :(
