Cellpro 4S Connector Problem

My Cellpro 4S has been going into Safety Charge Mode on almost every charge lately. This means the pack is out of balance. However, it's always the same cell showing up with a higher voltage, and it seems that wiggling the balance plug connection affects the displayed voltage. Is it possible that the balance plug is not making a solid connection and causing this problem? The packs are all fairly new FP Evo Lite 3S 2500's and here is the adapter I'm using:

I'd call FMA and talk to their tech support.

Have to checked the voltage on the cells with a DVM?
