I was poking around the Flying-Hobby site and ran across a CNC SeeSaw:

I wonder when ReadyHeli will have it?

Also a tail bellcrank setup:

Tail Servo Mounts:

Still no CNC tail setup though.

They also have the FG canopy on sale today.

Pinecone how does this bellcrank conversion work? Is this for when you have a boom mounted servo?

i just noticed yesterday that my xes doesn't have a cnc seesaw. that's kinda aggrivating being that it's supposed to be a full alloy head.

With the plastic seesaw I'm a bit concerned about how well the balls went into the part. I CA'd them but I'm still not too happy about it. Hopefully won't be an issue as there isn't going to be that much force on them, but I might consider the CNC part to fix it for good...

the cnc seesaw from flying hobby is only $25, so that's on my definite to-do list.

These are new parts that were not available when the XES was being spec'd out.

I would assume it mounts near the rear of the boom to change over to two straight pushrods versus the one with the crazy crank in it to connect with the offset (side mount) tail servo.

I had a ball pull out of the plastic seesaw on a tip over. I ordered two spares from RH, but didn't need them, as the new ball screwed in a tightened fine.

But I will get the CNC SeeSaw soon. I was all set to order it from FH, as they also had the FG canopy on sale for $29, but the sale ended before I pulled the trigger.

Not worth ordering the CNC SeeSaw from HK, when RH will have them soon. :)

Thanks Pinecone. That is what I would have thought. Would the CNC SeeSaw be located near the front of the Boom neat the the tail servo to eliminate the bend in the pushrod as the rod leaves the servo?

That's what I think.
