Is is possible to bind a Futaba radio to an E-flight receiver. Logic says no but both use the FASST system so why not.
I know....Stupid question but inquiring minds want to know.
Thanks Guys

Futaba to E-Flight on 72Mhz is as simple as changing the crystal in the E-Flite Rx to a Futaba "shorty" single conversion on the proper channel ( Assuming your Tx isn't already on the same CH as the E-Flite Rx) I did this on my Blade CP a couple years ago.
Last I heard the E-Flight Rx (like in the CX2) was using the DSM2 stuff from Spektrum, NOT Futaba's FASST.

You are correct. After having the Futaba for a few days I took it back and purchased the DX7. It as much nicer radio and I can now fly both my Helis with the same radio.
