I havent got any good data yet from onboard loggers, gut & plain numbers say it wont be as good as FP 4350 etc, but for a Logo 600 VStabi the Airthunder 3200 packs are really working ok. (or Kong power for that matter since they are the same)

They weigh exactly like the FP 10s1p 3700's, you get exactly the same or more flight-time (drawing 3000mah from them)

And the few flights I had to date, power was really good (Vstabi on my 600).

So for any of you, or especially for you (like me) flying in freezing temps where its very easy to overdischarge, Airthunder 3200 packs is a viable way.

They are only sold in 5s1p packs, though so you need two in series, but if requested I can put together photos or video how to make a 10s1p loaf of them.
(solder and solderless)

Well, gonna update this thread further on when I get my onboard logger to work (replaced).

I will for sure get more of those packs when they are released.

Thanks Fredrik, its alway good to see how other brands and types of battery packs perform and survive.

Forgive me for my ignorance but why do Lipos discharge faster in cold weather?

Thanks:noteworthy

They dont discharge faster, but cold = less capacity, so your brand new 3700 pack at 0C/32F is probably just a 3200-3400mah pack. (about 90%)

Meaning you will push them harder (higher C) and risk of overdischarge if you use same timer as summer-time.

Seeing as its been a while what are the results so far ?

Sorry, cant give an update, my brother in-law stole my packs since he is into sportflying only they where really perfect for him (no more timer, and he can land and cool the nerves down without loosing total flighttime)
They hold up good for him though.
