Reflex site problem - password reset/signup

I have a friend who just bought Reflex and wanted to download the updates, so he signed up at the site and never received the e-mail. So, I tried to log in. I could not so I clicked the button so they would send me a new password and that never arrived either! Anybody want to verify that there is a problem with the Reflex site?

Or even better tell me where I can get the updates (until I sell this and get something else?)?

Hiya J, ive just logged into the reflex site no problem then i went to the upgrade section and all was ok for me. I signed in with my present password.:thumbup:

Thanks. That makes sense, it is their e-mails to the users for new or reset passwords that seem to be the problem. You want to test resting your password for me? ;-)

I had the same problem registering using Yahoo mail, tried my hotmail addy and went right through.
