600 tail mods

I have a picture of a 600 tail with 2 mods.

The first is Quick UK grips, just install with Mikado ball and screws, fits Mikado 3030 pitch link.

The second is a 9 tooth tail gear. This gives a final ratio of 4.666
This is a Raptor PV0029 gear and PV0030 shaft. The shaft has to be shortened about 4mm and a new flat ground.

Cool, out of curiousity have you tried 105's yet for more authority as an option to just spinning the 95's faster ?

I am waiting to try both the 105s and the different ratio. I had an extra Quick tail so I thougt I'd give that a look, particularly for the 105s. Waiting on 640s and another controller. Found a few bearings that need replacing...

What length boom are you using with the 690s?

Been flying my other 600.

Obs that using 105s on a QuickUK hub will be like using 107 or 108's on a normal Logo hub since the QuickUK has more space between the blades...

Yes, the Mikado tail is 65mm and the Quick is 70MM.
