I recently upgraded to alum mixing arms and cannot get the Radix blades to track perfectly. They are close, but not perfect.
The dampners have been lubed, the grips are the newer thicker ones. I don't see any diff with these alum arms.
Mind you it tracks perfectly with the stock woodies.
Should I just forget about it and fly or is there something else I could do?

Ok just to confirm you have replaced the upper mixing arms with alu parts?
My fix was the replacement of the main blade grips and the washout arms. You don't have to replace the whole washout set, but if possible, I'd probably do that since it is only slightly more expensive than getting only the washout arms. Hope you manage to fix the tracking!

I would like to emphasize that Radix has nothing to do with tracking problem. I used the standard ones and the ones much cheaper with visual flaw and they track perfectly. The possible difference between our two setups is that there is nothing 'plastic' in my setup.
Kasama, Thunder Tiger and G-force are only few names you may want to explore.
Another thing to check is the centering of the blades in the grips. You need to use spacers on the top and bottom of the blades.
Hope this help.
Happy flying

Did you actually adjust the tracking after placing the radix with allu upper mixer arms, and do you use the TT spacers???
IMHO It could be possible that the woodies track, and the radix don't in the same setup (different shape, cog, airfoil). ...
Edit:
See you've solved it already in another thread (and places)...
