Wondering what the correct procedure is for setting up and locking down the washout on the 6003D V.
Servo arms centered at 90 deg
Swashplate level.
View from the left side of the heli-make sure everything is nice and level-tighten down countersunk screw.
What am I missing????

When servos are at center and pitch is at 0, just make sure the washout arms are in line with the blade grips and level ... then tighten down

When servo horns are 90 and everything looks level, my blades arent at 0. I gotta raise the swash in order to get 0, but then the horns are 90 anymore. My links are correct. Is blade pitch important here??

Just lengthen the links from the servos to the swash until they are at zero then...I had to lengthen mine like 5-6 turns from the manuals recomendation

My links are 57.5mm (ball to ball)

Mine are 55mm center of ball to center of ball.

Hmm, I left my servo linkages as in the manual - 15mm inbetween the ball links themselves and opened up the links to the grips in order to get 0 degs.

Just remembered this. When I had the gov kick in HARD by accident, the head turned a bit on the main shaft until it there was no play left. As a result my swash phasing was ruined.
Be sure to tighten the yoke bolt first - the head will still be able to move up & turn a bit. Turn the head CCW while holding the main gear to get rid of excess play. Then tighten the yoke clamping bolts.
Now you can set the swash phasing & it'll stay where it is! ;)

Had not heard of this being an issue with anyone. There was really no play on the top Jesus Bolts on any of mine, from recollection. Now I have to check,,,,, anyhow I think if your JB is in solid, than your clamp bolts are tight I don't see how it could turn in flight.....
Was this a CC esc or what..?

With my JB tightened as hard as possible w/o breaking & no clamp bolts I can turn the head back & forth a few degrees & lift up & down about 0.5mm. Doesn't matter how tight you do the clamp bolts, can shift if there is room to move & a huge amount of torque.
Yup, CC but I was in flat 0% curve and dialling up the middle as per manual to set gov mode. It did not like 3% throttle at all, turned off, turned back on at MAX power over & over. Was enough to shift the head! I stripped 2 main gears before realising this then started off with 20% flat curve, no problems! Do'h!
