i'm sure this is a tired topic. but, i searched and can't find anything concise and condensed.
if one were to open an AP/AV business, what are the bureaucratic steps to be taken?
i know AC-91-57, which specifically addresses hobbiest activity has no affect on for-profit flight. i know ordinances vary from state to state and city to city. but, can someone who operates regularly please post a grocery list of todo items to 'get legal'?
what about insurance and liability issues? i know getting LLC status in california can be quite expensive---enough to offset any early profits completely. makes it kinda hard to start out. but, if it's necessary that will have to be factored in to consideration.
