Blew a fuse charging today, 1 amp rate. I have charged at this level many times before without an issue, but the pack was fairly low - the longer charging time must have been enough to heat it up...

I had an early DX7 that blew fuses all the time. I always charged the tx using a Triton charger set at .3 amps. On the 8th fuse replacement, the display died. I sent it to Horizon and they replaced the tx.
I put a mini deans on the battery in the replacement DX7 and no longer use the charging jack. I have not had a problem since.
