Gyro Settings

I'm in the planning stages of building my 4 blade Trex450, so I was wonder what settings would be used for the two 401 gyros I plan on using on the elevator and aileron servos. Not sure if it matters but I also plan on using a Helitronics mixer.

I am also starting a 4-bladed flybarless project, but I'm gonna use a rex-450 HDE frame so I don't need a mixer. I've also read that you don't need HH gyros for the cyclic.
