just would like to know how much money it takes to get your rapter 50 or 90 flying agan. also what are the normal parts that need to be replaced. I am thinking about getting one or the other that is why I ask

My last crash only cost me new blades, flybar and a few ball links. However the one before that was a bad one, frame, landing gear, blades, flybar, main shaft, tail boom, main gear and tail belt. This crash was just under $200, the most expensive part was the blades. Both were on a Raptor 50SE. OOps, that crash actualy cost more than $200 because I didn't realize the engine sucked in some dirt and after I rebuilt it and the first flight I had to replace some engine parts.

I've had crashes on my 50 Titan cost anything from just blades and a spindle, and up to $300+ because the tail servo had to be replaced.

No two crashes are the same so it's kinda tough to give you an estimate as to what one would cost. For example, crashed my R90SE at IRCHA 06 due to an engine flame out inverted. Cost to repair was about $130 including blades. Crashed my machine again at IRCHA 07 (dang hill........) and it was about $250 to fix including blades. Crash costs go up significantly if electronics or a muffler is involved.
