You need to get a fdr on that thing and see what's going on, that'll tell the story real quick.
Either you've got really excessive amp draw for some reason or that esc is a dud out of the box, which is extremely rare with the kontronik units.
The 1915-1y didn't even thermal my 55-10-32 on every flight, it was usually just when I tried back to back flights, it would go into the soft shutdown at about two minutes on the second flight.
