Looks like my 9256 is dead. I have a 9254 laying about & wondering if if would work with the 611?

You have to access the secret menu and set the pulse to wide.
Push the left hand pair of + and - buttons at the same time and power up the gyro, I think its the menu buttons.
You will get an error message that says BAD OPR then press the Data + and - keys at the same time or the two on the far left, that will put you into the service menu, find the pulse option.

Well, it wasn't the servo after all, no, nothing serious. My JR R921 reciever unbinded on me. After a rebind, no problems.
