Anyone use this charger?

I have been reading about this charger on ebay, seems good and the guy has really good feedback on the charger but as always I'm skeptical about products from Hong Kong that no one I know has used.

I'm looking for a new charger and have read alot here. I'm looking at this one or the BC6 charger.
