gv-1 help please

I just have a stupid question on a gv-1 governor do I install both magnets on my trex 600n someone at my lhs said use one but I just wanna make sure also any tips.on the best way to mount have heard of them falling off a lot thanks in advance for the help

You can use just one some perfer both to balance the fan. Just make sure u mount it the right way so the sensor can read it. I used 5 minute expoxy on mine:thumbup:

LoneWolf is correct and I run both to help insure balance, but just to clarify if you decide to run both make sure that there polarity is opposit with regard to the sensor. One other note it helps to drill a small hole in the fan under the magnet prior to setting it with epoxy to allow any air trapped between the magnet and fan to be vented easier durring the insatall proccess of the magnet.
