Switch Warning - AR9000 Module

I have just installed an AR9000 module on my GSR260 and am trying to set it up for my 9XII (9309 JR radio).

Problem 1 - the radio bleeped continuously and flashed the following on the screen:

"Switch Warning" F.Mode switch

None of the switches work to reset it

Problem 2 - When I connect the RX up as indicated in the manual the light flashes once on the RX then goes dead. Have checked the battery and it seems OK.

Any suggestions would be most welcomed.

You have to power up the radio with the TH off and the FLight mode switch in normal

1) All switches should be up and back. Ones on the front face up, and the ones on the top, towards the back. If you have a heli version radio, the Flight Mode switch is on top left, closest to the front. It is a 3 position switch. It needs to be all the way back.

2) Have you bound the Rx yet? If not, it won't respond. You need to use the bind plug and follow the directions in the manual on binding. You should also rebind after you finish the setup.
