Hi all, my blade cx2 heli starts good and stable..and nose nicely straight But after about few mins it starts turning counter clockwise.. So much that even full trim adjustment on tx doesnt help it. I have to constantly go right rudder on my tx. Again after i run next time, it starts off good and becomes worse after a bit of fly time. Would anyone know possible solution?

In all seriousness, learn to "ride the tail"; that's what I always ended up doing. Heat is the main cause, but short of flying in a cold room or outdoors in cold weather and NO wind, you'll never get the CX2's tail to stay stable. I usually set the gyro so that it made the tail drift in the opposite direction so that when my CX2 heated up, I could keep it steady with minimal rudder stick.

Sounds like maybe one of the motors is not turning so well, probably as a result of getting hot. It might help to put a drop of oil in the motor if you can get at anything to oil. I'm suspicious of the motor for the top blade since that one turns CCW and would therefore generate torque to spin the heli right... and this must be pooping out since it spins left. Could be a bad motor or bad circuit board.

I've found that certain main blade combos seem to affect the yaw stability and creep over a flight. I switch them out and it seems to get better.

I've added a rudder mix to my 9303 right slider channel. starts it in the middle and just a click or two in the middle of the flight (when it starts to turn) will get you rid of if for the rest of the flight :)

You fly a cx2 with a 9303? Sweet:YeaBaby:

Yeah, it permit me to :

- Smooth out the "pitch/throttle" curve so it is less jumpy
- have a throttle hold
- have a timer
- set dual rate so friends can lern on a very unresponsive model
- use the original transmitter to buddy box friends and kids by dedicating them only a channel at a time. heck, even my 2 year old child "flys" the rudder channel and like to piro like crazy :)
- And in context the most important : add the rudder mix to avoid slow creeping turn :)

I have a new DX7. I think I might bind a new transmitter...
