This is an Composite aircraft extra 260 converted to Electirc.

4 very large hackers, 4 speed controlers and a Custom gear box.
5 LARGE BATTS. not sure on the cells. and a Mezlik 32x10 prop.

this thing was AWSOME!!! Saw it fly at the Noon demo last Sat.

Sounded COOL!!

The Batts costed a Whopping $2800 for 5 batts. the Airplane kit $2200 and who knows about the motors,controlers,Duel recievers ,12 servos.. I'd guess around $8000 for this set up maybe more.

The plane was not composite, it was a Godfrey/Leisberg Extra 330 built by Tony Russo and Mark Leisberg of Dalton Aviation. It is Marks old IMAC plane converted to electric. Built out of wood, used 4 hackers and a Inner Demon super quiet gearbox. Weighed 42 pounds. Pretty cool to see and Mark is a awesome Pilot.

The other plane that was gas that was there was a Troybuilt Extra 260 that was Tony Russo's personal plane for sale at the event.
