Not looking to start a "war" here but was wondering if there is anyone who has both machines and/or someone who is knowedgable about both?

I know mostly about the quality of both machines but how about the flight performance?

Thanks for any help and if this has been talked about B4 can you please provide a link?

I'm sure Finless can give a qualified answer on this... he has owned a Lepton for quite some time.

Where are ya, Bob?

I've got a 500 on the way. I own the Lepton and have been running on 6s since the initial reports of the 500 being run on 6s. The Lepton runs much better on 6s. It currently does have some tail gearing issues. If you are too hard on the collective, the motor will bog alot (I've tried 2 different motors and have had problems with bogging on 4s and 5s but not 6s). I'm looking forward to comparing them head to head. I think Bob is currently running 4s on his Lepton. It would be unfair to compare the 4s Lepton to a 6s 500. We'll see what happens when I've gotten my 500 up and running. I'll try to update this when I can. I should hopefully get my 500 this week.
