You can charge 2 packs at the same time with any lipo charger using a serial or parallel charge cable.

If you would like to balance charge 2 batteries with the BC-6 you can with the newly released Multi battery balance board.

You will need the multi balance board as well a serial charge cable. The 2 packs being charged should be identical brands (impedance similarity) and MUST be VERY close to the same discharged level. Depending on how far off they are will determine how long the charge will take.

The charger sees 2 3S 2200 packs as a 6S pack. If the 2 packs are out of balance from each other, the charger will see this as an out of balance pack and charge and balance as you go. Once in the CV mode, the fully charged cells will maintain 4.2V per cell while the other cells are brought up to 4.2V. The time issue comes into play as the charge rate is very low in the CV mode and potentially could take awhile to balance.

If the 2 packs are very close in voltage, then the imbalance is very minimal and time isn't an issue.
