...
I looked again, I think the ones in that hold the driven tail primary gear on the main shaft are 4mm not 3mm. I'll have to pull it apart again and maybe just use a dremel to point one of the grubs.
Take your time Jason, I've been really easy on this thing during the break in, which has helped out a couple of times already. It's different than what I'm used to so I want to make sure everything is proper (not screwed up to bad) before I do much with it :D

Sorry, I thought you meant M3 grubscrews in general. Did you mean 3 mm long specifically?
I had to pull one out to check the size, they are 4mm in diameter. I was under the impression that one was supposed to have a tapered tip to grab the hole in the main shaft better. They both look the same to me. I'll just keep an eye on it I guess.

Jon...yes...the 4mm grub (set) screw that goes into the dimple of the main shaft needs to be a pointed one...not the flat tipped one. The Constant Drive upgrade should have had 1 flat tip and 1 pointed tip 4mm setscrew included...
Regards,
Here's what I have, should I grind the point at 90 degrees or does it matter?
(orange line is 90 degrees)

Jon, that is about what the point looks like on mine...maybe not to a sharp tip but about the same angle. Best would probably to be shaped pretty close to the same as the divit in the mast.
