I've looked in the dx7 manual, and unless I just plain missed it, I cannot find a description anywhere on what the top bar in the display represents. All the other bars are the trims, but what is the dark bar up top? I am assuming it is battery power, but thats just a guess. If it is in the manual, please give me a page #...

Also, what is the power level that you should no longer be using the tx? (Safely...)

Thanks

I don't have here the TX or the manual but I think you refer to the battery voltage level indicator (in volts).

Edit: from page 102: "Check the battery voltage on both the transmitter and the receiver battery packs. Do not fly below 9.0V on the transmitter"

Also, when the DX7 battery drops down to 9V a alarm will sound letting you know that your at the minimum (safe) voltage.
