Hbkii And Dx7 Set Up Help!

My confusion is on the HBKII the servo placement in different than my t-rex.
the elevator on the swash is in the front of the heli and the left and right servos are in the rear left and right.
so what swash set up do i use +60% or -60% and what servo goes to what channel on the AR6100?
and what about servo rev or norm for each servo??
i need help!!

Here is a tip...looking from the rear of the heli, The left rear servo is on aileron(ch2), right rear servo is the pitch servo(ch6), the front right servo is the elevator(ch3). Use 120 deg swash
aile - rev - 70%
elev - rev - 70%
pit - norm -80%

Start with these values and adjust to your liking.
