Brain Fart on 8103 setup

I have 8103 with a hawk sport and telebee 701 gyro.Which swith should I put it on to turn it on and off for head holding.Also can I use one of the rotary trim knobs to adjust tailwag.To complicate matters worse I have a co pilot any suggestions on a switch for this to turn it on and off

I use the rudder d/r switch to turn my gy401 on and off HH from. You can also assign the gear switch to do it also.
