Lipo Peplacement,Balancer

Hey Everyone

I need replace a lipo battery 4200mAh 22.2V (YUNTONG) T-Rex 600

What would be the equivalent or next best?I have found all kinds but not sure which is
suitable.
I also need a Balancer, I am using the Astro Flight #109 charger
Any suggestion would be great
