What does this mean? It is stated on the Align website:

I think its something to do with the the shape of the tank. I for one though am installing a header this weekend as although the site says that i still would like the peace of mind.
Also it is a lot easier to see wht fuel is remaining and they look cool too:YeaBaby:
Hows the build coming on?

They designed the tank so that their is no need for a header tank (so they say);). Some people use header tanks on their 600n s while others don't. I don't use one and have never had a problem, but other people have had problems. If you want to mount one their are several threads on it.

There are also alternatives mentioned in these forums, such as fuel magnets.

i'm using a dubro sintered bronze fuel tank filter/clunk and can run my tank down to almost empty w/o any changes in mixture.. Just FYI

I'm probably going to put an OS Bubbleless clunk in my 600N's tank when I get it.

the dubro setup is $2 compared to $15 and is working just as good for me.

I have the QuickUK header, and I just ordered the OS clunk. Overkill? Possibly!

I've got a Hayes header and I'm using a Fuel Magnet. Also probably overkill.
