Finally got to cut some stuff with my router. Did some heli stuff too.

I couldn't view the pics without registering at that site.
One of my flying buddies is a machinist, and he's getting the stuff together to build a two-axis CNC router table that will also hold a Moto-Tool for light balsa. Once we get that puppy going, I've got a long list of plans to cut kits from... :lol:
Right now, he's hung on getting the plans scanned into a file usable by the CNC program. There are several ways to go about this. I'll turn him on to that site; looks like a gold mine of info. All WAY over my head, unfortunately... :roll:

Very nice.
Why the "break" in the fuse side? I see how the doubler ties it in, but why the break in the first place?

The ply only comes in 48 inch lengths. The fuse is longer than that.

It's a standard size kadet senior, but my friend wideened it for bombay doors to drop a parachute guy from. Otherwise, it's the same size.
