Nope.
You need the Phoenix one. I would go back through the seller then eBay as what was sold won't work.

Either:
A) You're honest. You bought Phoenix off eBay without the dongle. Someone screwed you or you did not read the fine print. You need to work it out with the seller or buy a new copy.
B) You're not honest. You're looking for a way to run Phoenix software copy without buying a dongle. The one you linked to is OBVIOUSLY a Hong Kong knockoff.
Because of the way you presented it, I would think option B, however I don't know you and wouldn't think of accusing someone without any reason or proof. That said, the counterfeit dongle may work. Guess it'll cost 29 Euro to figure it out.

That kind of irritates me that they would make a knockoff version. Doesn't Phoenix or any of those companies have a copyright or whatever to prevent this?
I sent website name over to Phoenix so they have an idea it's out there.

Sorry for this but this sort of stuff is bad news they are ripping you off and Phoenix themselves. I can see why people buy this gear if money is tight but If you wanna save your hard earned just buy a used copy. I got mine for only £50 and thats a genuine version with dongle. That way you get all the downloads and add ons and you know for sure it will work with future upgrades.
If you can I would send it back and demand a refund. Remember you are supporting a British company as well.
Black market stuff is frowned upon normally a thread like this gets closed down by the admins.

I would hope a thread like this would NOT get closed down. There are a some good lessons here. Saving money = good. Software piracy = bad. Selling pirated software = very bad. Come to think of it, I'd make it a sticky!
OK, soapbox now stowed.

There are, but most of the laws that enforce this are country by country. So the fact that something is copyrighted or such in one country doesn't necessarily give it protection in another country.
But many countries do honor such protections. Others, such as China, do NOT. So what they are making are "perfectly legal" where they are being made, and may be legal for them to sell from where they are selling, and there is really nothing anyone can do, other than NOT buy from them.
