No more Thunder power for me.
Well after a disappointing almost 2 MONTHS :bomb:
I finally got time to call Thunder power today.

My yellow label TP 2100's were sent in on or about the 25th of Feb.

I got told today that "I was running the packs too hard" and that caused them to fail.
Yet at the same time I was told there was no physical damage to the packs at all.

I put the packs away with a charge on them and they were producing voltage when I stored them.

Thunder Powers resolution for me...
"We can sell you a new set at 1/2 price"
These packs didn't even have 5 cycles on them I bet.

Needless to say the set I have in my Ion will be my LAST set of TP's. The customer support is HORRENDOUS these days.
I have heard that I am not the only one getting less than sastifactory treatment from TP these days also.

My newest 120.00 paper weights are on the way back to me.

BTW I never received ANY communication from TP about the receipt of my packs nor the fact that they were not repairable. I sent e-mail weeks ago with no reply.

:arggg: :hammer :dontknow

Very strange..I have heard nothing bad about TP customer service. In fact, everyone that I have hear about dealing with them have nothing positive to say..
I'd take that 1/2 price offer...At least you will have something to work with.

Done and dead issue with me.
They have lost my business till I see a drastic swing in things, but that may be too late.
Everyone has the right to buy from who ever they choose. Each customer has a different idea of service. This didn't fit my bill nor did the second attempt to get a product repaired.
Last I will say about them. If somebody wants the particulars I will send it to them in Private, but not on the boards.
