thought I was golden, got files on my computer, edited, now I just need to convert 800mb .m2t files to a smaller filesize, accessible format for posting online. Easy right? I've tried a dozen free programs and they all work terribly:arggg:

anyone have any favorites for converting HD video files and formats?:confused:

Thanks to the entire MHA crew for a great event. Well planned, well managed, and well…awesome. It was my first FF and I'll definitely be back.

One question though for next year, who do I see about setting up as a vendor to sell coffee in the morning and bug spray all day long? :)

PC the inferior computer? Maybe the more versatile computer. PCs happen to be my living so of course I don't like Macs. Another thing is their overpriced hardware. Costs 2 to 3 times what a PC costs. And the Mac user in general reminds me of the South Park episode where everyone bought hybrid cars and the town was overtaken with SMUG haha. There was some poll I read that said basically when surveyed, people that owned macs thought that they were better than everyone else.

Anywho, they have their place, and video and/or graphics is it.

piro pete's routine takes a lot of skill, but to me it was no where near as entertaining as robs (Dr. Thumbs) routine, he was on the deck the whole flight. wish I could fly as well as him :noteworthy

:lolol I use Windows 8 hours day for the last 15 years that why I hate it.

2 to 3 times more expensive??? Is that before or after you have to buy Adware Blocker, Virus Scanner subscription, or plunk down a few hundred so you can edit HD videos :rollingHeck it it were not for HD I would still be using my 2001 Mac. Like a Lexus, they are more expensive for a reason.


Now go watch the rest of those videos! :D

Great job on the vids Dawg! wish I could have been there as planned, work has been real bad and that coupled with a big block pickup and gas prices stuck it to me good.
